Family Through Faith
He replied to him, "Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?"  Pointing to his
disciples, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of
my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."  Matthew 12:48-50

English Village

We began doing outreach in the English Village trailer park in the spring of 2011.

English Village is our first outreach area and we are excited to partner with the
members of the community to form and support a family of believers who live in the
neighborhood and surrounding area.

Our goal as a ministry is to bring new members into the family of God while supporting
and encouraging existing members.

There are several ways you will see us ministering in your community.

-Physical Service: from time to time we will do projects to help build the community
spirit in English Village.  We have begun a renovation on the tennis court and you can
see some before and after pictures
here of the work we are doing on the basketball
court.  We provided a new net for the tennis court and new goals for the basketball
court.  We are thrilled when we see people using these areas!

-Weekly Meetings: We are currently meeting on Tuesday nights from 7:00pm- 9:00pm in
the clubhouse for a time of prayer, discussing the Bible, and fellowship.  All are
welcome.  We do ask if you bring your children you also bring something for them to do
in case they get bored.  We love to incorporate kids into our meeting times and feel
they often have very powerful insight into God's word, but also understand they can
get bored.

-Spiritual Service: These are times when we look for opportunity to meet any spiritual
needs in the community.  In the summer of 2011 we conducted a door to door opinion
survey to get the spiritual pulse of the neighborhood.  If you would like to see the
results of that survey click
here. We also look for opportunities to pray with or discuss
any spiritual questions you may have.  If you want to set up a meeting time to talk with
someone you can use the
contactus page to give us your information and we will get in
touch with you shortly thereafter.

We want you to know that we are here to serve you, help you build a relationship with
God and become a vital member of his family.

We are not a branch or part of any church or denomination.  We are just a small group
of believers who feel called to minister to you in your community.  We provide for all of
the ministry we do in your neighborhood from our own pockets.
